When you purchase from our store, your purchase is made from Freedom Lifestyles Inc. d/b/a The Pam Effect XoXo, not from Shopify.

Your use of certain Shopify features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS & AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, and other information accurately. However:

- Screen settings may affect how colors appear.
- Product images may be digital mockups or representative photographs.
- Print placement, sizing, and colors may vary slightly between products.
- Handmade, personalized, or print-on-demand products may have minor variations.
- Product packaging may differ from what is pictured.
- Products may be changed or discontinued without notice.

We do not guarantee that every description, image, price, or other detail will be completely accurate, current, or free of errors.

All products and services are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse sales where reasonably necessary.

8. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout when available.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information. By submitting payment information, you represent that:

Because many products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. Once production begins, an order generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Please review product selection, size, color, spelling, personalization, shipping address, and quantity carefully before completing your purchase.

10. PRINT-ON-DEMAND & THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Some physical products are made, printed, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners, including Printify and its print providers.

By purchasing a print-on-demand product, you understand that:

- The product is created specifically after your order is placed.
- Production and fulfillment times may vary.
- Different items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
- Products may be fulfilled by different facilities or providers.
- Tracking information may be issued separately.
- Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur.
- Fulfillment and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We may share information necessary to fulfill your order, including your name, shipping address, contact details, and order information with Shopify, Printify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and other service providers.

Such information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable provider’s policies.

11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping options, estimated production times, and delivery estimates may be displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation.

These estimates are provided for convenience and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of production demand, weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier and then contact us.

12. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements for physical products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Selecting the wrong size or color.
- Changing your mind.
- Buyer’s remorse.
- Minor variations consistent with print-on-demand production.
- Incorrect information or personalization submitted by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy. You may be asked to provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and defect.

Do not send products to Freedom Lifestyles Inc., Shopify, Printify, or a print provider unless you have received written instructions from us.

Products returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

13. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

Digital products may include guides, courses, templates, workbooks, forms, media, downloads, or other electronically delivered materials.

Unless otherwise required by law, sales of digital products are final once access or delivery has been provided.

Digital products cannot be returned, and we do not provide refunds or exchanges for:

- Change of mind.
- Failure to download or use the product.
- Incompatibility caused by the customer’s device or software when applicable requirements were disclosed.
- A customer’s failure to review the product description before purchasing.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased digital product, contact us so we can attempt to resolve it.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for your individual or internal business use. You may not resell, share, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, publish, or create competing products from our digital materials without written authorization.

14. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING SERVICES

If you purchase a subscription or recurring service, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fee to your selected payment method at the frequency disclosed during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel future renewals in accordance with the instructions provided with the subscription. Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Amounts already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly provided in the applicable offer.

15. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS

Promotional codes and discounts:

- Must be used within the stated promotional period.
- May be subject to product or purchase restrictions.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
- May be canceled if obtained or used fraudulently.

Gift cards and store credit are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

Free resources are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. They may not be sold, shared, republished, redistributed, or used to create competing products without written permission.

If any part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in or serving Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

31. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Website is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

Products, services, promotions, and shipping options may not be available in every location.
